热风冲天炉是我公司在总结以往密筋炉胆冲天炉优缺点的基础上,经过对各个技术参数重新优化设计,并充分总结了在用户中的使用情况而成的。密筋式换热器采用优质容器锅炉钢板,主体埋弧焊焊接,焊缝按容器标准超声波探伤;散热片采用CO2气体保护焊双面连续焊焊接,布局合理,保证气体充分紊流换热。
      热风冲天炉分为单换热器和双换热器两种。炉缸形式分为固定式和移动式两种,具有合理的结构。采用自身热交换方式供风,可获得200-350℃的高温热风,在层焦比1:8-1:10的情况下。铁水温度可达到1450-1520℃,换热器下部法兰采用翻边冲压法兰。加料口和换热器之间采用活动连接,可以有效的避免因热胀冷缩而拉裂换热器,增加换热器的使用寿命。
     热风冲天炉技术特点是:
1)采取双重措施来解决炉胆的热膨胀问题,使其寿命比传统的密筋炉胆寿命长2~3倍;
2)优化了炉胆结构,降低了阻力系数,减少了供风阻力;
3)炉体上段采用双筒滑动式结构,炉体受热膨胀后,可在此自由伸缩,解决因炉体膨胀导致炉底板变形等问题;
4)热风温度大于200℃,在降低能耗、提高铁水质量等方面具有明显效果,同时能够解决风口挂渣问题,降低操作者的劳动强度。
     热风冲天炉技术参数:

2)一般层焦比:1:8-10 
3)铁水温度:1450—1500℃

Hot Air Cupola
Hot Air Cupola is designed on the base of dense tendons furnace tube cupola , which has a optimal design of all the data. Dense tendons furnace internal adopts top quality boiler plate, submerged arc welding, and ultrasonic flaw detection. The cooling fin adopts CO2 protecting double-surface continuous welding. Its reasonable layout ensures enough heat exchange of the air.

Hot Air Cupola has 2 kinds’ heat exchangers. Fixed type and movable type are the form of hearth.
It use itself heat exchanging to supply air, which can get 200 -350℃ hot air, when the layer ratio reach 1:8-1:10. The temperature of the hot iron can reach 1450-1520℃. The flange under the heat exchanger adopts stamp flange. The connection between the charging gate and the heat exchanger is flexible one, which effectively avoid the break of the heat exchanger when thermal expansion and contraction, reaching a long life usage.
 
Hot Air Cupola Characteristics:

1) Two kinds of method to solve thermal expansion problem and the life now are 2 to 3 times longer than traditional furnace.
2) optimal design of the structure on the cupola; reduces the drag coefficient, reducing the supply air resistance
3) The up section of the furnace adopts double tube sliding type, which can expand freely when the furnace meets thermal expansion. It can avoid bottom plate deformation.
4) The temperature of the hot air can be greater than 200℃, which can reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of hot metal .
